That experience is the basis for the editorial perspective on this site: what the streetscape is actually like, how the architectural review process tends to unfold in practice, how homes here are presented and transacted, and what buyers consistently misunderstand before they visit. It is also a commercial relationship, and we state it plainly rather than presenting this site as a disinterested third party. Readers should weigh the perspective accordingly.

What we will and will not state as fact

We do not publish club initiation fees, dues, membership categories, waitlist status, HOA assessment amounts, lot dimensions, school assignments, or availability as settled fact. Those figures are owned by The Club at Longview, the homeowners association, Union County, and the relevant school district; they change, and a stale number republished confidently does more harm than no number at all.
